Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to all Trinity Beach Sports Club members during the competition period, who are 18 years of age or older (Member). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Any individual over the age of 18 may become a Member by paying the $5 membership fee at Trinity Beach Sports Club.

ENTRY DETAILS:

Part 1- Lucky Door: Member must swipe current membership card at one of the Kiosks on the last Saturday of the month. The Kiosk will produce ticket with all the members’ details. The member is responsible to remove this ticket and place it into the specially marked barrel in the Club. Between 6-9pm 2 x draws will be conducted from the physical barrel barrel. 2 x draw of $1000 Cash prizes will be awarded. The winners will have 1 minute to present themselves to the compere and produce their membership card. If the winner does not present themselves, that draw will be re-drawn until won. Only one entry will be given per member. The winner will be required to show their current membership card to receive the prize.

Part 2- Lucky Pokie: Members Seated at a Gaming Machine with their card inserted are eligible to win the Cash prizes of 3 x $500 cash will be awarded. The winners will have 1 minute to present themselves to the compere and produce their current membership card, Machines are not eligible if on reserve/ ezy Break. If the winner does not present themselves, that draw will be re-drawn until won. The winner will be required to show their membership card to receive the prize. The draw will utilise the electronic Max Gaming Maxi Draw Virtual Barrel program. If for any reason the Virtual Barrel or the Maxi Draw program software provided by Max Gaming malfunctions the compare will conduct a registered draw.

Part 3– Lucky barrel: Members earn entries into this component of the promotion for every $10 spend in the club. The entry will be automatically entered into the Virtual Barrel. Members must swipe their cards at the kiosk on the last day of every month for their entries to go into the draw. From 6pm – 9pm draws will be conducted via the Virtual Barrel. The total prize value of the lucky Barrel  determined by management each month – relevant to the value of the individual prizes). The winners will have 1 minute to present themselves to the compere and produce their current membership card. Member must swipe current membership card at one of the kiosks on the last Saturday of the month. The winners will have 1 minute to present themselves to the compere and produce their current membership card. If the winner does not present themselves, the prize will be re-drawn until won. The winner will be required to show a current membership card to receive the prize.

BASIC CONDITIONS:

This promotion is a game of chance and is drawn on the last Saturday of every month from 6pm. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to all Trinity Beach Sports Club (the promoter) financial members during the competition period, who are 18 years of age or older (Member). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Each entry must be unique. Board of Directors, Life members, Staff and their immediate family members (including de-factos) are ineligible to enter the promotion.

PROMOTION DATES:

START – Tuesday 1st October, 2024

FINISH – Tuesday 31st December, 2024

ENTRY DETAILS

Join as a Trinity Beach Sports Club financial member during the promotional period and receive a current Trinity Beach Sports Club Membership Card OR Renew their existing Trinity Beach Sports Club Membership and receive a 2025 Membership Card, commencing Tuesday 1st October, 2024. Members only promotion and once the membership card is validated, the member can swipe their card in the kiosk each day leading up to the draw date for 1 x entry into the draws.

PRIZES:

6 x $500 Cash Draws, with 2 x winners drawn each hour.

Total prize pool: $3,000

BASIC CONDITIONS:

Draw date is Tuesday December 31st, 2024 from 6.00pm. Renew Year draw entries will be ticketed and drawn utilising the Max Gaming Maxi Draw Virtual Barrel program. If for any reason the Virtual Barrel or the Maxi Draws program software provided by Max Gaming malfunctions the compare will conduct the draw utilising another method to be determined at the draw by Management.  At the draw date, members must be present to win. They will have 1 minute to claim their prize before a redraw commences. The prize will be redrawn until a winner is found. Draw times are every hour 6.00pm, 7.00pm and 8.00pm.

How to Enter

Gaming Only Promotion.

Current Financial members only – membership card must be inserted into the gaming machines when playing.

Prizes

$100 Cash Jackpot Bonus paid when a Major Jackpot is awarded on selected gaming machines.

*Each machine is clearly marked for participation in the promotion.

 

To claim the prize;

  • the member must stop playing and press the call the attendant button to receive prize payment when a MAJOR JACKPOT is won on the selected gaming machine.
  • The attendant must witness the MAJOR JACKPOT win on the screen, staff member will complete a Promotional Voucher for  the amount of $100 get the winner to sign then present the winner with $100 in cash.
  • If multiple Major Jackpots are won in a Major Jackpot Win – Only 1 Major Jackpot Bonus will be awarded

 

Once prize is awarded the member can continue playing.

How to Enter

Use your membership card at the Kiosk between 10am and 1pm for a chance to receive a “Double the Mini” voucher.

Play the selected gaming machines that same day the voucher is issued, and we will “Double the Mini” when a Mini Jackpot is awarded on the gaming machine.

One voucher equals one win on day of issue, if the member receives more than one voucher when swiping their card in the kiosk, then they can claim one “double the mini” for each Mini Jackpot awarded on the gaming machines per voucher.

*Must play 1 cent spins on selected gaming machines, which will be clearly marked for participation in the promotion.

*vouchers are only valid on the day of issue

Claiming the prize

To claim the prize; the member must stop playing and press the call the attendant button to receive prize payment for the exact amount of the mini shown on the selected gaming machine.  The attendant must witness the mini win on the screen, staff member will receive Kiosk voucher from member, check the date. If all requirements are met the staff member will pay the player once the promotional voucher is completed. Once prize is awarded the member can continue playing.

Basic Conditions

TOSS THE BOSS

Terms and Conditions

Persons under the age of 18 years, employees of this venue or any other employees & associated agencies/parties are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members of employees associated with the draw are not eligible to enter. Valid photo ID may be required.

ENTRY DETAILS:

Every Saturday anytime from 12 pm – 3 pm. When it’s your turn to play the game of chance during the promotional period, call heads or tails against the boss (or staff member) and if you win the coin toss it’s our shout. Winners will receive a “Toss the Boss” token to be redeemed at the bar on the day of issue. Tokens are valid for redemption of a “Pot of Draught/Tap beer”, glass of house wine or pot of softdrink from the postmix.

PRIZES: 

Pot of draught beer, glass of house win, or pot of postmix soft drink.

BASIC CONDITIONS:

Toss the Boss Tokens are not redeemable for cash. Management and staff have the right to refuse service to intoxicated or unruly patrons. Management and staff reserve the right to end the promotion early on the basis of inappropriate behaviour.

JAG THE JOKER

Terms and Conditions

Participants must be 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter (Trinity Beach Sports Club, 1 Nautilus Street, Trinity Beach Q 4879), and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

START – Friday 23rd March, 2023
FINISH – Ongoing

ENTRY DETAILS:

To enter the promotion the customer must swipe their membership card on Thursdays between 10 am and 5.30 pm. The customer receives 1 x entry ticket into the virtual barrel when they swipe their membership card at the kiosk.

PRIZES:

Starting Jackpot is $100
Progressive Jackpot is increased by $100 each week if not won
Maximum payout is $5200

6-Pack of Beer for any card other than the joker being selected

BASIC CONDITIONS:

A club employee will conduct the draw at 5.30 pm via the maxi draw system utilising the virtual barrel. One (1) winner is drawn, and they must present themselves within 2 minutes of the draw, otherwise a re-draw will be conducted until a winner is found. Winners must be present to win. The winner will choose one (1) card from the Jag the Joker cabinet, the club employee will determine whether the card is the winner (the Joker). If the Joker is chosen, the winner will receive the current progressive jackpot. If any other card is chosen, the prize will be: 6-pack of beer (excluding imported beer). The club employee will change the Jag the Joker Jackpot amount as determined by the draw.

Sportspick Promotion “Punters Challenge”

Terms and Conditions

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family are ineligible to enter.

PROMOTION DATES:

START – 24th August 2024
FINISH – Ongoing

ENTRY DETAILS:

Entrants must submit their selection on the Sportspick terminal between 10am-6pm each Saturday. The selection is their horse number in each of the 7 race meets that Sportspick have selected for the day. Entry payment of $10.00 must be paid in full to enter the promotion. Entrants will receive a ticket with a unique code to enter the Punters challenge promotion.

Entrants must select one horse from the 7 races that have been chosen by Sportspick, on the day of the competition. The race meet may change weekly depending on the major race meet for that weekend and will be determined by Sportspick. The selected race meet is generally chosen on Thursday 12pm by Sportspick. Entrants put their selection on the Sportspick terminal.

PRIZES:

Prize is the Number of entries x the $10.00 entry fee (must be won each week) The weekly prize is funded entirely from the entry fee with the winner walking away with the cash.

BASIC CONDITIONS:

If an Entrants horse is scratched, they will be given the top weight for that race in that day’s meet from (as determined by Ladbrokes) Info:- the # 1 horse, if that horse is scratched, they will get # 2 and so on. Points are awarded as follows: 1st – 3 points awarded, 2nd – 2 points awarded, 3rd – 1 point awarded. Dead heats are to be awarded to both horses in the highest place position 3 points each. Dead heat for second place 2 points. The Entrant with the highest points on the day wins the prize pool of money for that day. If there are two or three customers on the same points the pool is split evenly between them for that day. And so on. If one of races is abandoned or cancelled at any of the races chosen for that day the Punter Challenge still goes ahead.

Sportspick Promotion “Punter Challenge: Triple Crown”

Terms and Conditions

Participants must be 18 years of age or over.

PROMOTION DATES:

START – 24th August 2024
FINISH – Ongoing

ENTRY DETAILS:

Entrants see bar staff between 10am and 6pm each Saturday to enter, they will receive a Sportspick card with their own unique code. Entrants must select a winner in Race 7 at 3 designated metropolitan meetings. Doomben (QLD), Moonee Valley (VIC) and Royal Randwick (NSW). Entrants submit their selection on the Sportspick terminal, by following the instructions on the screen and swiping their Sportspick card (with their unique code).

PRIZES:

Triple Crown Jackpot starts at $50.00
Progressive Jackpot increases by $50.00 each week if not won
Maximum cash payout is $5000
The progressive total will be displayed on the Sportspick Terminal and will update automatically each week

BASIC CONDITIONS:

The entrant must select all three (3) winners of the selected races to win the Progressive Jackpot. If there are two (2) winners on the day, the Progressive Jackpot is split evenly between them, if there is three (3) or more winners it is split between the total number of winners. If a selected horse is scratched, the entrant will be automatically receive Number One (1) determined by Ladbrokes. Results from the races will be determined by race officials. If One (1) of the Triple Crown races is abandoned or cancelled but two (2) or three (3) of the Triple Crown are run and won, then all entrants will receive a winning selection for the abandoned / cancelled race. A “DEAD HEAT” for first past the post results in each of the dead heaters being classified as a winner. i.e. if a Triple Crown dead heat occurs then there would be three (3) winning selections for that race. If no entrant(s) correctly tip all three (3) Triple Crown race winners, then the prize pool will Jackpot into the following week’s Triple Crown event.
